The WR Compositi Alpha Series represents the pinnacle of composite fiber technologies and materials applied to the research and development of racing components. Drawing on 25 years of experience in the field of composite materials and frame-building and applying it to the design of the most exclusive, high-performance cycling products on the market.
The Alpha series is designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the individual cyclist: carbon fibre weave, stiffness, rider weight, color and finish; the list of custom details goes on. Every component is designed specifically for your indented use and cycling needs. Each custom-made component is handcrafted with advanced composites engineering.
The WR Compositi ST1 3K full-carbon stem is a robust, incredibly lightweight and stiff stem designed to compliment your high-wattage performance. Made using the perfect layup of UD carbon-fiber with a 3K finish, the ST1 3K stem has excellent vibration dampening ensuring a smooth, forgiving ride. With a 31.8 mm handlebar clamp that provides maximum rigidity and optimally distributes stress guaranteeing a more secure hold.
The front clamping plate, developed to further reduce weight and increase overall stiffness, allows you to easily install handlebars. The 4 titanium faceplate Allen bolts are small, light, stiff, and not subject to oxidation.
The combination of attributes of the WR Compositi ST1 stem makes it one of the stiffest, lightest, and most comfortable full-carbon stem available on the market. This stem is suitable for both road and MTB, each stem is made in-house at WR Compositi and can be custom-painted to your specifications. The stem comes in 5 lengths, with a – 6° effective stem angle.
