Extralite - ULTRABAR carbon handlebar 105g

This are the results of an innovative composite technology: carbon fibres are directly woven in a tubular patterm with no junctions and then are molded at very high pressure onto the hi-grade butted alloy tube.

Conventional wrapped up handlebars are made with jointed sheets of carbon fiber fabric and then molded at a rather moderate pressure.
Benefits are a more efficient fiber orientation, a much more constant wall thickness with a drastical reduction of weight and critical areas.

UltraBar, UtraBarUL and UltraPush excede EN standard fatigue and static test requirements.
Usefull graphics enable fast and precise lever and shifter positioning.

Warning:
UltraBar,UltraBar UL and UltraPush should be only used in combination with a stem that features well rounded edges at the bar clamp (bar clamp diam. 25.4mm), just like Extralite
