The Smart ENVE System (SES) optimizes the interface between the frame surfaces and the wheels, creating an integrated system. Rim shapes are optimized to allow airflow to stay attached at higher yaw angles, thus reducing drag and improving ride performance.
The shape of the Smart ENVE System rim allows the rider to accurately predict the handling mannerisms of the wheel and avoid dangerous over correction cycles. The focus on steering stability resulted in improved handling and confidence in varying crosswinds. Therefore, the wheel shape was optimized to produce a predictable and linear response.

DT Swiss 240S hubs have earned their legendary reputation for quality and performance. There are multiple features that make this product a winner: The Ratchet System driver mechanism is extremely durable, reliable and can be serviced without special tools in minutes, thanks to its simple press fit assembly. The press fit assembly also allows most hubs to work in almost any currently existing axle configuration, making them compatible with almost every bike. The contact free seals and high precision build guarantee smooth bearings; every bit of the rider’s energy is transformed into forward momentum.

Spokes features:
PILLAR Mega Lite SS bladed 2.0-0.9/1.7-2.0mm
These spokes a made with Pro 3 stainless steel through cold forging process. Pro 3 material offers an amazing tensile strenght of 1900 N/mm², an increase of over 60% compared to other material (1200 N/mm²). Using a new technique for drawing materials developed by Pillar we are able to reduce the diameter from 2.0mm to 1.3mm. This is an amazing 20% lighter than any other stainless steel spoke in the market.

Our wheels are built by hand in house by highly specialized personnel.
The Bikeonline staff uses the best professional tools on the market into each step of the wheelbuilding process. The P&K Lie truing stand is one example, it allows us to check perfect truing through precise decimal comparators (0.1 millimeters accuracy).
We build most of the tools we use, to fit the level of our builds, which require a high accuracy.
The use of different tensiometers as Park Tool, Pillar and DT Swiss allows us to reach the correct tensions of every spokes.
Each wheel is pre-stressed by hand to ensure that nothing has been settling during the early stages of use and that the spoke tension remains constant for a long time even under very high loads.
This product is to be considered produced on request / on order, due to the high customization needed. It is therefore not possible to use the right of withdrawal or the cancellation of an order already confirmed.
