Aerodynamic, lightweight, compliant wheels with a reliable braking capacity and the perfect measure of stiffness to convert your efforts to the road, they provide great handling in and out of corners, stiffness on standing climbs, and are responsive under acceleration.
Designed to optimise aerodynamic performance, the Aera have a wider, rounded edge intended to increase crosswind deflection without compromising stiffness.
The brake track, treated with a high-performance, heat-dissipating resin, is designed to provide consistent and reliable braking.
With a perfect balance, the smooth-rolling aluminium/carbon-fibre hubs offer an easy to use mount-and-play system that allows you to quickly remove the freewheel without the assistance of tools.
Entirely Made in Italy, the hubs are equipped with 2RS bearings, ensuring your bearings are tightly sealed, always well-lubricated and safe from any contaminants.
The front wheel is laced radially. The rear wheel has 16 spokes on the cassette side, has a 2 cross lacing pattern and was developed to manage the power output on the drive side.
Light, robust and stable in the wind, these wheels are optimised for speed and performance and it shows.
The WR Compositi Aera wheelset is made and laced by hand, electronically registered and entirely Made In Italy.
